for example you can complain that the air force space agency is not doing enough about global asteroid strikes, and you can submit reams of "data" supporting your belief, but since you cant quantitate what enough is, you must give yourself a mental disclaimer and say this is my faith, my beleif, but I can not support it with a testable or historical set of facts
