I just bought 1200 shares @ 6 1/2. In the past 7 minutes 4700 shares have been bought at the offer of 6 1/2 and they won't raise the offer. This is exactly what I'm talking about. They let shares sold push the price down but they don't let shares bought push it up. There is a concerted effort going on to keep the price down.
