Bueno, right now vaccines are packed with dry ice and shipped either to retail outlets like Walmart and Walgreens or to Drs. offices. The problem with a vaccine is if it does not maintain strict temperature range the vaccine will spoil. So a package that gets delivered on a Friday and missed by a physician will spoil. There is probably 10% loss on spoilage due to poor packaging. That's a huge number for the vaccine maker.
