I suspect that RLTR has two to three hundred stockholders. There is probably two to three thousand investors who track this stock, and maybe a hundred of them are ready to jump in or to add to their positions. They are waiting for something. I would have thought that some of them would be nibbling at it now and pushing the price up. Good news during the CC and a press release could quickly push this company way up. I cannot think of any reason why there has not some serious nibbling other than past disappointments arising from management's utterances. Which means, most of these investors are willing to pay a lot more for a higher level of certainty than for having a bigger reward.
