NMC,INC was denied the "right" to mine minerals on the leased property known as skull valley. The court ruled that the asld was in error in its attempt to re-valuate its lease hold which was/is in violation of its own boiler plate lease agreements. The only thing nmc,inc won was its right to mine/extract precious minerals. The court in no was established any value what so ever, so leave it alone.
