Thinkpad, Thanks for your reply. The pictures that I'm viewing do not look like it could be the building in Indiana. The service center or parts counter top do not look nothing like the picture. The interior metal of the building inside is misleading, cause the exterior is about 25 to 30 years of age which is about two thirds on the back part. I don't remember along the outside sidewalls of the building having skylight windows at the top.
The only thing that I can say that looks for real is the two black marks from burning tires on the parking area, that I remember very well along with the 2 high doors at the gable end of the building. It could be finished inside like new, but from what I see, its never been moved into, and the front desk is empty. No signs of anyone working at this building. No outside cars, nor equipment, nothing. The office is vaccant!
I was hoping that this could be for real, and now I'm wondering. It looks good, but those nice pictures look like from another building and nothing matches. If anyone does not believe me, then drive up there and see for yourself.
This building can not have opened in November, from a possible lease before to purchase, if its still empty.
