brikk, I agree with you.

Having shares hit the public market and increasing the float is absolutely not dilution! Increasing the public float is not a bad thing for stocks with such a small tightly held float. A large float serves to major purposes.

1. It smooths out the extreme volatility.
2. It provides liquidity. I there are at least a few people on this board who would have a hard time liquidating all their shares at once because of the relatively low volume.

Dilution by definition is the expansion of the outstanding share count and thus the lessening of share holders existing value.

Because no new shares have been created, existing share holder value is not affected.
