The simple fact that there hasn't been any significant news other than increases in after Thanksgiving shopping numbers, (which is good sign), combined with the necessary dilution has eroded the PPS to current levels! What's amazing is that with some half a billion shares coming to fruition through this process, we've held over .01 and all shares have been hoarded by us and others! Everyone will soon look back at these few months as the biggest opportunity to accumulate a great future co's stock at unbelievably cheap prices due to necessary circumstances!
