All GSNH Shareholders…
I received a phone call from Sandy (at Dovarri Inc.) not long ago about that earlier update post I made. Again, we had a great conversation. There are some things that I will restate from speaking with Sandy again as she made more clear.
Sandy apparently has a role with the company, but she was not part of organizing the Dovarri Inc. reverse merger into GSNH. As for inquires about a reverse split, she basically stated that she will not confirm or deny as that the details of the merger will be released in the near future to the public as agreed upon by the company that should answer all questions as the company makes things available to the public at the same time.
From doing my own personal DD, I think GSNH is worth risking, but please do your own DD to make a decision to where you will be at peace with yourself as I could be wrong.
