New wave of hiring at Evergreen

Providing 24/7 maintenance coverage in a manufacturing facility requires a minimum of 4 crews unless you mandate excessive overtime on fewer crews. Staffing at a facility such as Gillette would reasonably require 2 electricians and 2 I&C techs per crew for a total of 8 electricians and 8 I&C techs.

As of Oct 2007, Evergreen employed three electricians, and one I&C tech. They have been looking for an Electrical Engineer, Electricians, and I&C techs for ages. The primary EE keeping the place going back in October was a contractor.
