I think righty has some better sources. What we need is for everyone to file a formal complaint on the Sec.gov site. It takes only a few minutes. I have filed no less than a half a dozen just on Russell, but we need to be doing this as a group. We need to do all we can to drive these crooks out of this sector..........I am hoping to get the Senator of my State to look into this stuff. I have contacted the Atty Generals office in Utah, and I am hoping we can get someone to look at where all this corruption can be found, and we have to look no farther than these filings......the Sec has to be brain dead to allow this stuff and the loopholes for these thieves to use. Cox has the power to suggest changes to the Congress. These filings are pulling out hundreds of millions of dollars annually from this sector........Fraud working overtime. Get rid of this and get rid of these crooks.

But these individuals are working as a team. Just like many involved in this stuff are, and in this case Berman is at the heart of it.

This is nothing short of them operating a Pyramid with these 3 companies, and their make up is these 504's. None will ever produce any revenues for shareholders, its all about them selling shares, and they are all interconnected. This is their way of taking retailers to the bank, and each and everyone of them deserve to be investigated.
