These companies have SCAM all over them. Its a group of them and they are attempting to expand on this by buying other companies, bankrupted companies at that. The companies typically have closets full of skeletons, and the prior owners may be involved thru having shares issued to them for purchase in the hope of getting payment post r/m, and the bs that Ceo can spin to make it possible. Who knows what creditors may still be hanging around with shares they want to cash in as well.
