I cannot delete anything, but when we look at where this company has been this last year, leaves little to the imagination of where its going.

If I were to ask someone not even familiar with this company, and their take on this showing them these filings, and the sharecounts(beginning to end). The money that was raised, and the shareprice from beginning to end, what would they conclude?

If a company had 155 mn in January 07, and the shareprice was at its peak .06 following a reverse split and indicative of all the pps could bear considering the float was what 7 million at one time.
What would be the impact if the share count went to 3.8bn shares?

Would it be:
a) The share price would go higher
b) The share price would go lower
c) There is no longer a shareprice
d) all the above


What would the result be if the company had a marketcap of over $2mn funded by shareholders, and the owner and insiders(buddies, and family), chose to take this money thru selling if they held hundreds of millions of shares discounted way below the market price.

Would it be:
a) The marketcap would double
b) The marketcap would shrink

d) Its a creative way to raise liquidity for the company
