Technical:

Fast sto is overbought and ready to decline (again).
RSI 21 crossed the 50 mark for the first time in several months what's positive.
SAR is still declining and as long as the stockprice isn't crossing this line, no buy signal is generated.

Fundamental:

I must admit that HTOG and CFUL are expanding rapidly in the good direction BUT still.... there is an ocean of debt in this company that must be adressed.
I will change my opinion about this company only when:
- there will be cashflow positive results
- when diluting stops
- when net revenue is reached
- when accumulated deficit declines significantly
- when technical signals become positive.
