LOL it's funny again that you mentioned EFGO being a shell. I was thinking to myself, "wait if Canden is reverse merging with EFGO to go public, when did EFGO ever become a shell?"

But, the PR said EFGO was aquiring Canden. So, I'm not sure what to think about that. One thing that struck me in the first PR about the Canden aquisition was this:

"We know that the current EFGO management and their advisors have been searching for high growth operating companies for some time now"

I didn't know they were trying to buy a high growth compnay for a while. I thought that were focused on China for a while.
