There IS a short!!! read the filing from BCIT! There are just too many shares held in street name (Brokerage account) and SEC/DTIC couldn't wouldn't let this trade until those shares were some how recognized as valid!! So TM had to play by their rules!! But a short is still a short and eventually has to be covered! And if you were an unfortunate entity that sold shares you didnt have back in (was it 2005 Aug)? The shares are legit-but you still are short! What was the # in the filing about 500,000 too many shares out there?
