yes, a R/S is bad but what if Megas reveals real value being merged?

i believe janice will be surprised to see a proxy filed by BCIT and as ohbull just said, what if megas reveals the value prior to any R/S? Megas (as I have thought for quite some time) is going for the jugular here....
