Are AT-deficient patients prone to chronic inflammatory conditions? RA, IBD, etc? What about their cancer risk- about 20% of epithelial cancers arise due to chronic inflammation. I couldn't dig up any papers looking at antithromin used as a chemopreventive agent in animal models...maybe someone else has additional sources. Interestingly there are a few papers showing I believe that antithrombin has anti-angiogenic effects as well.
