That is what I meant Bill, a class action if they try to pay cash instead of converting the shares go after the brokers. Doesn't make sense that they would give cash unless it was less than what they would have to buy shares at. Of course if you beat down the PPS and then cover a crap load of shares with cash claiming that is the fair price to avoid a short squeeze then the shareholder can't all get their shares back because there just are not that many that cheap......

Then again once paid off with cash the brokers could start shorting again at a lower PPS.....

Hmmmm, the company should get involved with shareholders in a class action if they try to pull that crap....
