Cane, the company is no longer giving out shares to promoters.
The current promotion by Lebed was paid for in cash. I view this as very positive since there are no free shares to be sold into the market and also the company has cash to spend now from their strong revenue growth. Whether you like Lebed or not, everything he is saying in his DRGP write-ups is true and he is getting the company's success story some attention now.
