Very good post Cougar, the funeral directors have had a grip on the industry for a long time and had the advantage of being the only game in town so to speak. They are usually very sharp business people and will come around if the consumers demand some change and more options. After all they are in business for the same reason as us and that is to turn a profit for their services.
