I do presume to know the truth about that one event. Megas had to cover the shares or BCIT would never trade again.

This means that the DTC wasn't doing anything wrong, or the SEC (which has oversight and control of the DTC) would have forced the DTC to release the global lock.

Most of what I think about BCIT is opinion, but the above is just too obvious.
