Well I got great news. I followed up on my call from yesterday to Davorri and the receptionist gave me thier IR number to call. So I got ahold of Sandy from IR and this is what she had to say;
She confirmed Dovarri Inc is indeed doing a Reverse Merger and that it is "imminent". She even said it herself that they are "reverse merging into GSNH" her exact words! Can't get any better confirmation that that!
Again she stressed that the merger was "imminent" and that she will contact me when the PR is released.

Looks like a good one here folks.
