lol......I am sure that with some of these family businesses the undertaker is the guy that answers the phone, take the order, fills the need .lol but with big boys like the one I just called, they were very busy, the front desk (gate keeper) forwarded me to another desk where another person forwarded me to someones voice mail....So I couldn't even get my question out. I left a voice mail but shes out till after next week. Geeeeeeesh that was fun LOL
