mainuh, Oh I agree, however they hold the big stick, and it is evident that SEC is backing them, I don't believe Megas should be required to Cert those shares but that seems to be the only avenue open to him, and in turn us.

We will end up paying for it in the long run, by the R/S. When in fact the people that started this fiasco should be the responsible parties,Pino and cohorts.

BTW, The reasonable request I mentioned, was not for Megas to cover per say, but that someone should cover, and counterfeit shares should be purged from the system.
