On the power front, I suspect Dothan has the edge, but on the performance front, I imagine that Dublin wins. We do have the overall notebook max power of 65W, and a similar (but probably not identical) Compaq Banias notebook rated "max power 60W, peak power 65W".
EDIT: hopefully we'll get at least a spec sheet from AMD by Tuesday.
