Each analysis per se is not necessarily innovative, but the way MNTA combines the various analyses is.

MNTA has proprietary algorithms that conduct sequential analyses of an observed compound in which each individual analysis rules out a set of possible configurations for the compound. As more and more analyses in the sequence are completed, the number of configurations not yet ruled out shrinks. Eventually, there is only one configuration left: the one that matches the observed compound.

For a complex mixture such as Lovenox, this process is performed on each component.
