Sometimes when a company does a name change but used to file with SEC under a different name, when they go back to file an 8k or 15-12g the sec records still have the old name. To the SEC... RGDE, Renegade Energy is still America Asia corp they stopped filing with the SEC before they changed names.

The only way to find it is on the sec website only under America Asia Corp not under Renegade's name. Pinksheets.com does have the 15-12g filing under RGDE's ticker but it seems most traders missed this play.
