WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Salon City, Inc. (OTC:SLON - News) reported today that Banc of America Securities LLC (BAS) has filed a Form 211 with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The form states that BAS has been, and will continue to be, a Salon City market maker for SCI securities as SLON begins trading on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board.

FINRA received the filing yesterday, after Salon City, Inc. announced on Dec. 10th that it had been cleared for OTCBB uplisting by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
