TXP Corporation (fka TXPO)

Questions - Can someone refresh my memory on TXPO's history and what the connection was with MOBL? I sat on MOBL stock and watched nothing happen for ages and finally sold w/o a loss. I seem to remember that TXPO was spun off from another company that was involved with MOBL, but I am old and could be wrong. Advanced age causes you to seek info from younger memories from time to time. Thanks,
