I don't see where you read it, the "lack of new lows" mentioned was in response to a post trying to "force" me to agree to a conclusion that the market is very weak, medium term I am bullish and my 2300 plus for early summer is still in the picture, the March swoon is a minor one (maybe another 100 Naz points from the recent lows just above 2000). The fact that the new lows are not expanding above 40/50 indicates to me that there is no major weakness there and apart of the corrective swoon in are in the process of completing (maybe another three weeks), the technical underpinnings are not too bad. Just added GENZ at $49.74.
