I dropped my realtime also. It never worked for me. I admit I am a rookie at using some of these tools, but when all I get is bad information, it certainly didn't help me learn anything. Just made me look stupid on a couple of other boards when people asked about bid ask and how many MMs were lined up on a particular stock.
