it is possible that shareholders believe that there is a deal in place and closed with UDACA. Since no inforamtion has been disclosed about this, will ask the Commission to investigate because there might be either a withold information to shareholders (in case the deal has been finalized), or a misleading indirect information given to shareholders (in case the deal hasn't been finalized yet).
