I didn't take in that manner at all. I just suggest you should not have such a phobia about where a company has there corp registered. This actually has no merit if a company is fundamentally sound.

My worst nightmares have taken place with Delaware Corps.

Bottom line is look at the company before we make statements about where thier cops are formed.
