Homebuilders and Mortgage names rally as 10-yr tumbles to 3.78%!!! : Finding a bid on this major decline in bond yields are names such as NCEN +4.7%, LEND +4.5%, AHH +1.5%, CFC (delayed, but likely to gap up)... Among stocks running in the homebuilding group are CTX +3%, LEN +2.8%, TOL +2.7%, HOV +2.5%, BZH +2.3%.
