one other thought, who was this attorney defending them from that ran up such legal fees, I with the folks that believe this is a make believe suit to get the rest of the shares back, if mm's were dumping or company was dumping then a lot more would have traded at .0001, on the last 1 billion day, couple days ago was mostly .0002s and people weren't getting filled until they switch to .0001, now that is odd, why wouldn't they sell them those .0002s, because they bought them, these .0001s buys, are some of them also them buying it back, I think this is a good time for Henning to get some cheap shares back, He'll have some for the launch and wouldn't it be fine if he would just retire these shares, but if company keeps their 2.8 billion and Henning bought 1 billion and company employees just got 700 million restricted, would only leave 500 million in float, wow, Henning wouldn't retire them but I bet he would hold them till Feb. 8th, wouldn't you, stock would run real fast if that was the PR, probably see penny's before launch and another thing, Maybe the Microsoft's and Google's or Yahoo played this game, it wouldn't be that hard for them to throw 1 or 2 million at this or smother them in legal fees JMO
