World Companies Corporate Counsel Resigns

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Law Offices of Barry K. Rothman has resigned as Corporate Counsel of eWorld Companies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EWDI - News) and its predecessor entities as a result of eWorld failing to pay legal fees.

The Law Offices of Barry K. Rothman has represented eWorld Companies and its predecessors as defendants in three separate litigation matters, whereby substantial legal fees have been incurred that remain unpaid.

eWorld Companies has executed a promissory note in favor of the Law Offices of Barry K. Rothman and has breached the terms of the promissory note.

As a result, the Law Offices of Barry K. Rothman hereby resigns as Corporate Counsel to eWorld Companies, Inc. and its predecessor entities, and is in the process of making a Motion to Withdraw from present litigation, and will be immediately initiating litigation against eWorld Companies and Mr. Morales for legal fees and costs that remain unpaid and we will ask the Court to appoint a receiver for the company as a result of the company not having the ability to pay its debts as they arise in the normal course of business.
