This illustration is why I originated the concept of Stalking the bear...because as they bring prices down especially by going naked short they are expressing a need for supply....in most cases. When a company is broke, ie accounting scandel, etc the inverse actually becomes true....so barring fundamental change of outlook, investors must act counter intuitivly just like the trade.
