Thanks, Cyclone. I'm still confused about $45M vs. $65M.

I thought that the total cost of the Berlin plant was $65M, which breaks down as $45M debt (NYC investment bank) and $20M equity (a couple million from LLEG and the rest from their partner).

Now you say that the $45M is something seperate?
