Look up any utility company and check the line that says "Dividend"
Oh I do love that word.
Don't expect one tomorrow but I think its a better then even bet down the line in the years to come they will start and keep on increasing.
You may say thats too far down the road! Nope, its not, that may be true for a start up utility but not this one. We go in and improve existing utilities. You see they are already there. Ya know whats even better, did you ever hear of government grants.
Dam thats another word I love. You guessed it, we get them too.
