Choad I have seen a lot of stories on the news indicating that it is sticking...also you see big fast food chains beginning to offer low carb choices. MGPI sees demand for their low carb wheat starch going thru the roof (read their PR) and they raised guidance massively last month. Its just a swing trade for me however.
