My hat off to you, I did that for 10 hours a week for two years, and it drained me mentally. It was glorious when I could pull one out of the shell (the few times that happened, they would then catapult with lightening speed to "normal" measures of learning), unfortunately, too many were simply like a blank board, and that is tough, at least, it was for me.
