Could this be possible?

There are a several countries (The USA included) that have bought up trillions of Dinars each over time (maybe upwards of 20 trillion). When the time comes, (real soon) these countries will return a large number of these trillions of Dinars to Iraq to be destroyed in return for oil deals!

Then Iraq can do a big revaluation of it's Dinar.

It’s a win-win deal. The world gets lots of cheaper oil and Iraq gets a much better economy.

Just something I think is possible.
