In most of these they claim to be getting not have. To add them all up and claim they said they got all these is a stretch. The simple objective truth is all you need to make your case. But you go beyond that regularly.

No idea how much if any they actual received or even tried to follow through on. Things change especially in regard to pending financing. Would be nice to see what really is real out of all that. Frankly I don't care about all that compared to see the results of these two reports. They can back out of or change the financing vehicle along the way if they want. Back out of buyout - fine. Just prove the assets and production and I will be happy. They accomplish that an I think we will be fine.
