Thanks much for the response. It helps. FYI, i was at two separate out of town presentations today for my financial service hi tech product/service. Response was great and even if we dont get both, both will be buyers of this tech/software service this year. There is no hesitancy. Money has been allocated. Some pricing power has returned. This expansion just cant be over imho. And again imho, since these are the fists signs of life in some time, i dare say the party has just begun. Beware--this is just one business in one area, but i sense it is representative of other areas. Thanks again for giving me some rope and i hope to hell i dont hang myself. Mike
