A big part of the Weekend Update was the introduction of the new Error Handler.
Gone is the generic error screen. Try it...

My IndexOutOfRangeException problem is still there, it's just responded to differently. A big step in the right direction (not that they were going in the wrong direction, but just a bit too slowly for some.)
