I didn't word that right. I was answering your question: Why does a 30 million dollar company need to take out a loan? Their profit margin was shown in the low 6 figures, 141,000 I believe. That's what I was getting at. Not bashing, perish the thought. Just giving a pov that explains "why the loan."

Another pov: Because it benefits the holder of the note as an investment. Could be that these two parties are mutual back-scratchers, but we won't be invited to their party when it's all said and done.
