what?... it was bumped up to a higher court or arbitration? Look... I don't care if upzs wins or loses this nuisance case... and frankly I doubt seriously the jv or representative even show up for the magistrate level hearing forcing it up to the next more level playing field... either way it makes no difference to me or to upzs the stock. my only concern was that there might of been a case of real relevance on the schedule the way hot pizza was posting... which of course there wasn't.
