There is nothing I can do. I talked to the CEO of UWRL several times trying to come up with an idea but dealing with Corey is like making a deal with the devil. Allot of Companies make the honest mistake of dealing with him. His offers can be very attractive to cash starved Companies but the complex structure of the CD's are sometimes lost on the inexperienced CEO's.

I'm working with a potential client right now to help create a promotional campaign so that they can get their stock price up. He has several pending LOI's but can't raise the financing due to his stock price being low. There is no reason why his stock price should be as low as it is. He could simply do a PIPE if he was desperate but he knows that would hurt the Company in the long term. CEO's like this understand the baggage that comes along with toxic funding because they hire folks like me to keep them from making that mistake. There are better ways to raise capital.
