So IYSA is the new shell for The New Hansome Joint Group?
It looks like they're a profitable and growing conglomerate in China, with media, advertising, hotel, and tourism businesses. So the company has nothing to do with that airline software, correct?

Someone was talking about a reverse split? Where did that come from.
